PREMISE
To build a new identity for the town center, boosting its livability and appeal and reinforcing its regional role as the "City of Grapes";
The main challenge lies in the current state of the area: the town center is bisected by the "União Indústria" highway, which makes it hard to design a safe and cohesive downtown able to operate with the comfort needed to contribute positively to tourism and commerce.

Recovery and reinterpretation of the town-center's centrality;
Optimization of traffic flows and enhancement of every element of urban mobility;
Development of urban equipment and street furniture;
Humanization of the built public realm.
