PREMISE
The subject of this product, a two-story single-family house conceived as a "second home", seeks its commercial viability through a singular location in one of the most beautiful communities in the Petrópolis mountain range, a contemporary design able to awaken a sense of value among the most demanding users, and the use of a solid and efficient construction system, targeting the growing demand that residents of Rio de Janeiro have shown for this type of real estate product.
The project theme is highland contemporaneity, seeking to highlight the truthfulness of every material used and the simplicity of the functional layout, so that the designed rooms interlace harmoniously, inspiring a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing in users and residents.
