The project
Multidisciplinary advisory on management and specialized technical support in urban planning and selection of priority strategic projects, aimed at structuring and promoting tourism development in the municipality of Paty do Alferes.
• 16 ground-floor retail units with double-height ceilings;
• 136 parking spaces across 5 garage levels;
• 192 residential units ranging from 16 to 160 sqm, in 6 typologies: studios, 1- and 2-suite apartments, lofts, duplexes, and penthouses, distributed across 14 habitable floors.
• 1,200 sqm of shared amenities on two levels, including a rooftop, with spaces such as fitness, pet area, app space, gourmet, home cinema, grab-and-go café, coworking, laundry, and tool room.
