Ocean View

DESIGN BRIEF Ocean View 1770 was conceived respecting and taking advantage of the unique topography of Cabeçudas Beach, distributed across three environments integrated with the natural landscape. At the base of the site, alongside the beachfront street, are the penthouses, with generous balconies and private pools facing the ocean. In this area, a sophisticated funicular elevator eases access to the other sections of the development, smoothly connecting the different levels (G1, G2) and offering residents a comfortable and practical mobility experience. In the central portion, on the steepest and most densely wooded area, the project offers a lookout suspended among the treetops, creating a space for contemplation and gathering in full harmony with the surrounding nature. At the highest point of the site, accessed from the upper street, are the exclusive suspended mansions, positioned to ensure privacy and panoramic views of the coastal landscape.
