The project
DESIGN BRIEF
Located on the site of a former salt flat, on the shore of Araruama Lagoon, the study addresses the city's imminent growth. Betting on the lagoon waterfront as a potential public corridor and a key vector of urban growth, the project frees the entire frontage of the complex toward the public street with retail uses and a hotel, while concentrating public administration activities in its interior.
