The project
PREMISE
Exhibition parks are common spaces in Brazilian cities, used for annual municipal events and festivals.
However, they are used only a few days each year, which contradicts their size, location, and maintenance cost.

In pursuit of new functions for leisure, culture, and events, we designed a series of interconnected spaces, environments, and buildings that, in addition to being used on festival days, can host various functions and independent events throughout the year, improving the project's cost-benefit ratio.
The complex was also conceived to become a leisure park, with jogging tracks, spaces for fairs, concerts, theaters, and more.
