The project
Development composed of 6 residential towers, each 8 floors high with 8 apartments per floor, totaling 396 comfortable 2-bedroom apartments (one of them a suite), each unit with its own parking space, designed for Brazil's MCMV (My House, My Life) social-housing program.
Conceived as a club community, the project includes multipurpose courts, pools, gourmet and wet decks, a party room and a gourmet space with grills, plus 400 sqm of retail with public parking.
Given its size, the community has its own wastewater treatment plant.
